They're much more thorough than a typical "mass production" scuba school, and I found myself learning new skills in my refresher class - to my sincere surprise. Scuba is a game where the caliber and passion of the instructor is disproportionately important. Gil is an ambassador for Scuba - you'd be very well-served under his tutelage.
